The company is looking for an ambitious and creative marketing professional who will have responsibility for sales-marketing and PR activities with main focus on digital customer engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement, develop, track and optimize digital and offline sales support, lead marketing campaigns
- Manage and develop cooperation with strategic business partners – PR, media, advertising, digital marketing and SEO agencies;
- Measure and assess performance of marketing campaigns against goals
- Ensure flow to the Gjensidige website and take care about customer engagement in social media
- Maintain relationship with the media, increase the share of voice in opinion leadership
- Lead internal communication process, edit and develop intranet news
- Manage Gjensidige brand in Estonian market and ensure relevant and consistent brand communication
Skills and experience
- Experience and successful track record in marketing and PR projects
- Digital marketing understanding and willingness to grow in this area
- Excellent communication skills and competence in copyrighting
- Business partnership skills and an ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across local and Baltic organisation
- Fluency in English both oral and written
